A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Working Student in the Project Documentation Management team, you will play a key role in supporting our daily operations by focusing on administrative support, coordination, and fostering a positive team environment. You will engage with a diverse, international team and gain valuable insights into project execution within the energy sector.

Your day will typically include preparing materials for team meetings, assisting with the onboarding of new colleagues, updating team documentation, coordinating schedules, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure the team operates smoothly and efficiently.


How You’ll Make an Impact

You will work in close collaboration with the reporting manager, Head of PDMA and other Team Leads/Tech Leads to ensure that the following tasks are being performed:

60% – Team Administration & Coordination

  • Prepare and facilitate materials for monthly team meetings, including presentation slides.
  • Support onboarding processes for new team members and assist with handbook updates.
  • Coordinate meetings and share important updates with the wider team to ensure clear communication.
  • Manage general administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations.

20% – Team Engagement & Event Planning

  • Plan and facilitate team events and activities focused on team-building and promoting well-being.

20% – Project Support

  • Provide ad-hoc support to Project Documentation Managers on execution projects.
  • Assist the team in managing common topics to gain practical insights into the project organization.

What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
  • Enrolled in a study with at least two years of education remaining before graduation.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse, international team and connect with people from various backgrounds.
  • Open, outgoing demeanour with a proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging presentations (e.g., using Microsoft PowerPoint).
  • Strong ownership and finisher mentality with a structured and detail-oriented approach.


About the Team

You will join the Project Documentation Management team, where we focus on supporting project execution and enhancing team collaboration. We work closely together in a collaborative and supportive environment, combining operational efficiency with continuous improvement initiatives.

This position is designed to provide you with practical experience in project documentation management while contributing to the overall success of the team.
