Snapshot of Your Day

As a Working Student, you will be involved in addressing the increased workload within the global construction portfolio of the Building Excellence team. The primary business aim is to enhance the quality and accuracy of reporting to support strategic operations in real estate. To achieve this, the role is structured around two core areas: Data Management & Quality Assurance and Reporting & Team Support. You will directly contribute to improving the integrity of project data and assist the team in managing its extended responsibilities.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Collect, consolidate, and process project data from various sources related to the global real estate construction portfolio.
  • Perform regular data quality checks to identify and rectify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or missing information in project databases.
  • Maintain and update project tracking systems and internal databases with the latest status information and documentation.
  • Assist in documenting data standards and quality assurance processes to ensure consistent reporting across all projects.
  • Support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports on construction project status, performance metrics, and data quality.
  • Assist the Building Excellence team with administrative tasks, including the organization of project documentation and meeting materials.
  • Help create data visualizations and presentations for management to summarize key project findings and trends.
What You Bring
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Architecture, or Real Estate.
  • Prior internship or academic project experience in data analysis, real estate, or construction is considered a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong attention to detail with well-developed organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn

Our Real Estate team manages a global footprint of over 4’5 million square meters, overseeing all real estate related activities and projects, develops and implements portfolio strategies in line with Siemens Energy’s business objectives and ensures cost-effective facility operations and work environments for Siemens Energy.
