As a Wind Technician Trainee, your day will begin with a safety briefing alongside the lead technician, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations. You’ll assist in basic turbine maintenance tasks, such as reading electrical and hydraulic diagrams, while collaborating closely with your team to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Your contributions will not only support the operational efficiency of our wind farms but also play a vital role in Siemens Gamesa’s mission to provide sustainable energy solutions, all while gaining valuable hands-on experience that will help you complete your education and prepare for future career opportunities.

• Assist with basic turbine maintenance and repairs.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
