A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)

The Partnering & Support Professional delivers an integrated blend of Business Partnering and User Support responsibilities as part of the post WATT DC HUB operating model. You will play a key role in supporting the growth of Siemens Energy North America by driving digital adoption, learning, and engagement across an expanding user base. You will partner closely with business areas across the United States, ensuring that Digital Core HUB North America maintains trust, strong customer advocacy, and consistent value delivery as a horizontal enabler for all business functions. The role ensures strategic alignment between Digital Core and the business, while simultaneously supporting high quality workplace IT experiences within assigned countries.

How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)

  •        Drive adoption of new digital tools and technologies across business areas.
  •        Manage end-to-end digital content creation for Digital Play, including strategy, scripting, and content production.
  •        Expand Digital Play and Digital University outreach to global HUBs, adapting content to cultural, regional, and business-specific needs.
  •       Support Digital Core initiatives by coordinating global project rollouts and presenting adoption metrics to Management
  •      Design engaging learning experiences aligned with real business scenarios.

·       Strengthening partnerships across North America to support growth, increasing user bases, and evolving business needs.

What You Bring (requirements)

  •        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  •      1+ years of experience in digital content creation, digital learning, or user engagement.

·       Strong communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·       Experience supporting digital adoption initiatives and transformation programs.

·       Adaptable, proactive mindset with a strong focus on user experience and continuous improvement.

·       Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
