A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing product and service bulletins, utilizing the Configure Price Quote (CPQ) system in Salesforce, and fostering strong relationships within Siemens Energy Field Service and with external vendors. You will be developing quotes for customers that are interested in Steam Turbine Bulletin offerings that Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This will require you to work closely with engineering, procurement, turbine services and Non-Destructive Examination experts.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Development of time-critical quote for upcoming or in-process outages
  • Establish baseline budgetary quotes that can be included with upcoming Service and Product Bulletins
  • Identify cost effective ways to implement services and/or product offerings into outage scopes
  • Review product design and set implementation strategies for bulletin roll-out

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in sales support, technical sales, or product management, preferably within the energy sector.
  • Familiarity with steam turbine products and their applications is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and the CPQ system; experience with other CRM tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

The Steam Turbine Sales Team is part of the North American Sales team. We focus on all aspects of large steam turbine parts, repair, modification and modernization efforts. The steam turbine fleet includes Siemens Energy, Westinghouse, Alis Chalmers and Parsons equipment operating power plants across North America. We have a strong focus on the customer with decades of experience in nuclear, fossil, and combined cycle applications.
