Grid Technologies
A Snapshot of Your Day
You start your day by reviewing portfolio dashboards and consolidated program data in Power BI, identifying trends in performance, financials, and resource allocation across multiple substation projects. In a governance meeting, you align with senior leadership on program status, risks, and strategic priorities. Midday, you mentor project managers on PMI-based methodologies and ensure adherence to established PMO standards. Later, you audit ongoing projects for compliance with governance frameworks and facilitate the resolution of cross-project dependencies. You close your day by refining PMO processes, updating best-practice repositories, and advancing risk mitigation strategies to strengthen operational excellence across the Grid Technologies Substations business.
