Join our Sales team for Distribution Transformers Globally,in a position created to support a new project initiative across Europe. You drive strategic offer development, analyze market needs, and create compelling commercial proposals that shape the future of energy solutions. You collaborate closely with product management and engineering, ensuring new offerings meet customer demands and market trends. You manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closing, and build lasting relationships with key customers and partners. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for new system offerings across the Italian and European markets.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and define strong value propositions.
- Define operational plans, including sales forecasts, budgets, and functional targets.
- Manage the full end‑to‑end sales cycle for complex distribution transformer solutions, preparing technical and commercial offers.
- Engage with customers to understand technical and commercial needs, proposing integrated solutions and managing the sales pipeline through CRM tools.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring internal alignment and successful project execution.
What You Bring
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical or commercial field.
- 8-10+ years of senior technical sales, business development, or offer management experience, ideally within the energy sector.
- Proven expertise with transformers, switchgear, or related grid technologies.
- You are fluent in both Italian and English, enabling you to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- You excel in strategic thinking, negotiation, sales analysis, and building long-term customer relationships.
- Occasional travel within Europe may be required.
