A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Student Worker in the Documentation Governance Offshore team at Siemens Gamesa, your day will involve supporting a series of diverse projects aimed at improving documentation processes within the organization. You will engage in various tasks, from assisting with process optimizations to preparing documentation and presentations. Your role will provide you with hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, where you will contribute to cross-functional projects and gain insights into the operational aspects of a global organization.
The position is part-time, requiring 15-25 hours per week, with flexible working hours that can accommodate your schedule.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support team members with documentation governance tasks, including process optimizations, project planning, and tool implementations.
- Create news articles for our intranet to keep the organization informed.
- Prepare documentation such as procedures, instructions, and guidelines, as well as presentations.
- Handle various ad-hoc and recurring tasks to ensure smooth operations.
What You Bring
- You must be an enrolled Bachelor or Master student. The ideal candidate studies cand.ling.merc. or a similar subject such as communication, languages, management, strategy, organization development, business administration, or information management.
- A keen interest in process improvement, technical documentation, terminology management, and translation.
- An agile, proactive, and independent mindset, with a strong focus on delivering high quality.
- Strong communication skills and excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
