A Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking for a service-minded and self-driven student worker for our Business Controlling team. Our team is a mix of bright young professionals and experience, and our highest assets are team collaboration and agility. We’ve recently progressed into standardizing and automating our reporting processes, and we want you to play a key role in this journey.

There’s still much to be done! We do not expect someone to come with a full set of knowledge. Everyone in the team will pitch in to show you the ropes. You will have close cooperation with all our 8 team members located in various countries. There is a lot of flexibility regarding working from home. You are expected to work 20-25 hours per week, but the schedule is flexible to accommodate your academic commitments.

How You Will Make an Impact

Your passion for renewable energy and eagerness to learn will contribute significantly to our mission of creating sustainable energy solutions. By supporting the team in bringing transparency, flexibility and narrative to our financial forecasting and budgets, you will help decision makers steer the company within the energy market. Your insights and fresh perspective will be valued as we tackle the energy challenges of tomorrow.

What You Bring

To be successful in this role:

  • You are enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student in the field of software design, business administration, economics, finance, or a hybrid study program.
  • You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Power BI and Excel, and familiar with the broader Microsoft Power Platform. Experience with SAP is a plus but not a must.
  • You take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring they are executed in a timely and efficient manner while providing hands-on support.
  • You have a bright, business-driven mind boosted by a common-sense approach.
  • You have strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

As a person, you are proactive, structured, and detail-oriented. You are willing to try and fail. You are outgoing, positive, and enjoy providing efficient support to those around you. You possess strong communication skills and are proficient in English. German, French, or Spanish language skills would be a plus. Furthermore, you thrive in a multicultural environment.

About the Team

You will be joining an inclusive team with an open approach to ideas that values collaboration, empowerment and continuous learning. We are a very data driven team with a digitalization mindset focusing on our future and how technology can improve our work in different ways. You will have all possibilities to learn and gain new knowledge together with good colleagues who regularly check in to connect multiple times throughout the week.

We are looking for a candidate who preferably is based in DK, near our office in Brande. But we are open to candidates working from France, UK, Spain, Romania.
