A Snapshot of Your Day

Responsible for managing and coordinating the flow of materials from suppliers to the production floor, planning, scheduling, and monitoring the movement of materials to ensure that production schedules are met and inventory levels are optimized. Works closely with procurement (SPR), production, quality and logistics teams to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Use MRP SAP system and Internal official tools to determine material requirements based on production schedules and forecasts.
  • Supplier Coordination, continuous communication with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules and resolve any issue with the supplier scheduling meetings, phone calls and emails.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable supply.
  • Production planning, support and collaboration to ensure material availability.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and quality to have a fast and clean incoming of the material, the planner is responsible for supporting the warehouse or quality for any discrepancy in the documentation like invoices, prices, POs, quantities, etc. The planner is responsible for providing good documents to avoid impacts in this process.
  • Supplier evaluation according to the frequency established.

What You Bring

  • Customer focus, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to negotiate with suppliers. Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with suppliers.
  • ERP and planning software proficiency in SAP and English at a professional working proficiency level.
  • Ability to balance inventory levels to minimize costs while ensuring availability.
  • Professional experience (3+ years) in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, and materials management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in industrial engineering, international trade, or related fields.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
