A Snapshot of Your Day

Join us as a Site Manager (f/m/d) for the OGT (Operation Green Tag) project in Cuxhaven, where you will take the helm of all local operations, orchestrating day-to-day activities, building and cultivating a high-performing team, and assuming full disciplinary responsibility to ensure both operational excellence and a safe, efficient work environment. You will work close with the factory in Cuxhaven and ensure that all components are green tagged before being shipped to site.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Take full operational responsibility and oversee all activities for the OGT project on our Cuxhaven site.
  • Build, lead, and develop a new team, including disciplinary leadership.
  • Ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality working environment.
  • Plan and manage work in accordance with contracts, quality standards, and EHS requirements.
  • Continuously optimize processes, workflows, and team capabilities.
  • Promote a Zero-Harm culture and maintain high safety standards.
  • Coordinate risk management, site setup, and regular reporting on site activities.

What You Bring:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business-related field, ideally with experience in wind business or manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in team building and management.
  • Technical understanding of wind turbine products and production processes, specifically nacelles.
  • Experience with EHS and quality management systems and their practical implementation.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Good English and German language skills
  • Locally based or willing to work on-site full-time in Cuxhaven.
