How to contribute to our vision

This position is a replacement for the Site Manager at the YUNLIN Wind Farm in Taiwan, critical for ensuring business continuity in our offshore wind service operations. The role will be responsible for the overall management of site activities, ensuring operational targets are met in alignment with Siemens Energy's standards. To achieve these objectives, this role is structured around three core areas: comprehensive site and project management, stringent adherence to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards, and effective leadership of the on-site technical team and coordination with all stakeholders. This focus ensures the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the wind farm. Given the focus on operational excellence and team leadership, the ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge and significant experience in site management, preferably within the wind energy sector. A strong background in engineering, project management, and proven capabilities in leading technical teams are essential for success in this senior professional role.
