What You Can Expect

Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands-on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments - including an eight-month international placement - you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders.

As Commercial Sales Controller you will take care of the financial planning and reporting for Long Term Service and Operation and Maintenance offers for the Middle East region in coordination with the Sales and Fin Sales Management.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.

• Assure financial transparency by developing and monitoring sales related financial performance indicators such as OE, Revenue, GM, Cash In, HC, Sales Costs etc. 
• Complete planning, forecasting, reporting and controlling tasks by collaborating closely with Sales Management, Business Controlling and others as well as optimization of new methods and processes in reporting and performance controlling 
• Monitor forecast accuracy (SFDC, MS Excel etc) and develop improvement actions in collaboration with the organization

What You Bring

• Strong understanding of Financial Controlling, Management Accounting (IFRS), and experience with reporting systems and financial digitalization (MS Office, SAP, SFDC, Tableau, Alteryx)
• Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome
• A master's or doctoral degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience 
• Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working
• Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
