A Snapshot of Your Day
In your role as Service Manager for Grips you will be working in different projects around the standardization and harmonization of global tool landscape for switchgear business. With your expertise as a code developer in C# & your expert communication skills you will involve supporting partners like Siemens Energy Digital Core, Global Process Owners, consultants and suppliers and work with them in close collaboration.
Working with teams and customers in locations all around the world is your daily business and you recognize diversity in all cases as a value for the project.
How You’ll Make an Impact
-You implement the product owner's requirements according to the state of the art in software solutions in an agile work environment and develop yourself and support our partners in this task.
-You will prepare test cases for testing responsibly.
-Planning the current week with work packages, timeline, and resources responsibilities.
-As the Service Manager of a global tool, the applicant must manage the application 24/7, ensuring its smooth operation and timely issue resolution.
What You Bring
-University Degree in Software Science or equivalent experience
-Professional Experience (3 years) in Software Engineering
-Technical Knowledge in MS Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, Network infrastructure (WinOS Server, Firewalls, CRM, and ERP systems)
-Knowledge of innovative web services techniques like SOAP and REST
-English, at a professional working proficiency level
-Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approx. two times a year
