We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with strong leadership skills, capable of driving initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and mentoring others. By strengthening our recruitment capabilities, we ensure we attract, engage, and onboard the best professionals who will drive our company’s success into the future. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for the recruiting framework, managing technical and engineering-related positions.
  • Be an active member of the Talent Acquisition community, sharing knowledge and best practices to support your assigned business area.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of current labor market trends, competitors, and general recruiting intelligence.
  • Create and nurture excellent relationships with customers and partners within your assigned business area.
  • Build and maintain a community of potential future candidates aligned with the hiring plan, ensuring outstanding communication and candidate experience.
  • Apply multiple creative techniques to proactively identify, source, and secure talent through appropriate channels, including our Application Tracking System (Avature), LinkedIn, employee referrals, and more.
  • Demonstrate leadership by driving recruitment initiatives, influencing key stakeholders, and providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues within the Talent Acquisition team.

What You Bring

  • 6-10+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition professional, gained from an agency or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to drive initiatives, influence stakeholders, and mentor or guide other team members.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively to stakeholders.
  • A continuous learner, always seeking opportunities for improvement and professional development.
  • High emotional intelligence, demonstrating empathy and awareness of others’ perspectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience managing growth hiring projects, coupled with expertise in sourcing and networking with candidates via multiple channels.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management abilities.
  • A strong work ethic, setting high standards and working diligently and efficiently.
  • Genuine curiosity and eagerness to understand our core business and products.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to strategically support growth projects and a strong desire to achieve goals and succeed.
