A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Energy Solutions team, your day will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and fostering positive relationships with customers. You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor client solutions for the Oil & Gas and Process Industries in your assigned territories. Your contributions will play a direct role in improving customer happiness and furthering Siemens Energy’s goal of sustainable energy. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Uncover and pursue new business prospects to broaden the EAD market in the territories assigned to you.
  • Construct and manage a resilient sales channel to maintain continuous business development.
  • Develop and cultivate positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer requirements and go above and beyond.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, driving the sales process from beginning to end.
  • Supervise sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on progress against targets.


What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Digitalization or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience of minimum 10 years in the Oil and Gas or Process industries, with a preference for sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and customer needs.
  • Confirmed critical thinking and the ability to recognize market opportunities, formulate sales strategies, and establish a robust sales pipeline in a multi-customer setting.
  • A proactive attitude, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and ability to travel, when required.
  • Proficient in writing and speaking English and possessing strong communication skills to optimally synthesize information through presentations and dialogue.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
