A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Senior Project Manager at Siemens Energy, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to make a real impact. You will lead and manage key projects that drive our mission of creating a sustainable and reliable energy future. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our solutions are delivered flawlessly, and meeting our customers' highest expectations. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Plan, prioritize, and schedule team activities to ensure effective use of resources and meeting work schedules and targets to customer satisfaction.
- Lead the team throughout the implementation process, ensuring timely, efficient, and quality delivery of production tasks to meet customer expectations.
- Work together with managers from different areas (such as sales, PR, supply and logistics, controlling) to combine contract execution with other business functions and coordinate with current and future sales and marketing activities.
- Communicate with customers for contract execution and transfer information to corresponding departments to support sales order processing, including contract and design changes, delivery timelines, and installation requirements.
- Manage customer visits, audits, and monitor service business activities, providing progress reports and support for documentation, certification verification, and testing results as needed.
- Oversee the most complex and challenging sales orders, ensuring positive customer relations and leading the team to complete activities accurately and on time.
- Actively follow up on account receivable processes to enhance customer payment efficiency.
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of project management experience, with proven expertise in managing large projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of team management experience.
- 3 years of experience in sales or bid management is preferred.
- Experience working in a foreign company is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a Master’s degree being a plus.
- Major in Engineering, Automation, gas turbines/compressors, or mechanical equipment preferred.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
- Strong EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) knowledge and quality sense.
