- Leading the management of service contracts for gas and steam turbine power plants in the Middle East region
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, influencing and fostering positive customer relationships
- Establishment of the project structure and organization, ensuring efficient project control
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive contract execution strategy, including risk management, opportunity identification, and claim management. Responsibility for contractual change management and identification of opportunities for additional sales (upselling)
- Serving as the cohesive force in the project, maintaining team motivation and driving optimal performance
- Maintenance of oversight of all required deliveries and services while adhering to specified costs, deadlines, and quality standards
- University degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Several years of project management experience, preferably in the power plant industry including steam turbine service
- Strong project management skills, ideally certified by IPMA, PMI, or PM@Siemens
- Expertise in business administration and international contract management
- Interest in working with international teams and in diverse cultures, particularly in environments presenting complex challenges related to security, logistics, and infrastructure.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for customer engagement
- Business Proficiency in English; knowledge of German/Arabic is a plus
- Occasional travel, with adaptability to project priorities and task management
