A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Senior Consultant in the Real Estate Building Solutions team, your day will revolve around shaping the early direction of major capital projects and supporting Project Directors with high-level strategic guidance. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that projects are set up for success from the very beginning—balancing business needs, feasibility, and long-term value.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, contribute to key decision-making forums, and help ensure that projects align with both corporate strategy and the wider project portfolio. At the same time, you will play a key role in driving best practices and supporting the adoption of innovative tools across the project community.

How You’ll Make an Impact

You will contribute to our vision by strengthening project outcomes through strategic advisory and expert guidance across four key areas:

• Strategic Pre-Construction Advisory 
  Provide early-phase strategic input to Project Directors, shaping project briefs, investment cases, and delivery strategies. Guide decisions on design, phasing, and technology to maximize long-term value.
• Project Decision Support & Governance 
  Act as a senior advisor throughout the project lifecycle, supporting key decisions on scope, schedule, risk, and commercial strategy. Represent Building Solutions in governance and steering forums.
• Programme Strategy & Best Practice Enablement 
  Contribute to capital portfolio planning and prioritization. Drive improvements in delivery methods, standardization, and digital tools while fostering knowledge-sharing across teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment 
  Advise senior leaders on strategy and risks, while ensuring strong collaboration across Business Areas, finance, procurement, and external partners.

What You Bring

You are a highly experienced professional with a strong track record in guiding complex capital projects, particularly within corporate real estate or industrial environments.

• Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry
• Proven experience in shaping and advising on major capital projects
• Core Competencies
• Strategic project management and lifecycle expertise
• Strong capabilities in project scoping, feasibility analysis, and risk management
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Ability to influence and provide high-level advisory support
• Technical & Domain Knowledge
• Construction methodologies and delivery models
• Corporate real estate environments
• Digital project controls and tools
• Strong commercial understanding

About the Team

The Real Estate Building Solutions team in Denmark plays a key role in delivering and shaping capital projects that support long-term business growth. This position is a new addition to the team, created to ensure business continuity and provide expert support for new build projects.

You will join a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, working closely with Project Directors and cross-functional stakeholders. The team is committed to driving excellence through strategic alignment, continuous improvement, and the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions.
