A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Senior CPM you will work in an agile environment responsible for the completion of all commercial/financial related matters for LTP and Mods and Ups Projects. Furthermore, supporting the respective Project Manager in all other areas with the objective of performing the project according to the defined Project Management (PM) standards, customer requirements and the applicable Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG).
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure an adequate project handover phase by analyzing customer requirements and examining the commercial and contractual feasibility for implementation while managing multiple projects alongside Field Services.
- Monitor and optimize targeted financial results, including project gross profit, cash flow, and asset management, while ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines and laws.
- Ensure accuracy in cost and pricing calculations, maintain overall project books and records in appropriate systems (e.g., Spiridon), and prepare all necessary commercial documentation for audits and reviews.
- Manage project risks and opportunities in collaboration with the Project Manager, including handling change orders, claims, and foreign currency risks in line with hedging guidelines.
- Support procurement and logistics topics, lead suppliers and subcontractors’ payment certification, and oversee project guarantees, bonds, and insurance.
- Address team member requirements, conduct lessons learned activities on commercial aspects, report non-conformance costs, and ensure proper handling of petty cash.
What You Bring
- 5-7 years of experience as a Certified Project Manager (CPM) handling long-term and complex “C” category projects, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; a master’s degree or additional certifications are advantageous.
- Certified in IPMA or Siemens CPM for “C” category projects, with experience in project management methods, processes, and tools.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to project execution, sales, and purchasing, along with knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS, FRGs) and asset management.
- Proficient in contract and claim management, project risk and opportunity management, and skilled in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and related SAP modules.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English, with experience in forecasting, reporting, and analysis, and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultures.
- Ability to manage pressure during peak execution seasons, handle difficult situations, and effectively manage conflicts while demonstrating sensitivity to cultural differences in the respective region.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
