You are the ambassador of Portfolio EAD in the Industry Sector Oil & Gas. Explore and Visit Potential Business in Oil&Gas with Portfolio EAD, turn it into opportunity and develop and secure the orders.

Follow the Oil&Gas Business Grow and Investment in Indonesia, collaborate with GTM(Go To Market) Team / Business Development to visit/meeting and explore more opportunities in Oil&Gas. You are focusing on your sales pipeline, maintain daily in your Salesforce tools and make business forecast for your sales KPI target. Collaborate with Engineering, Proposal and Commercial Team to support you for the respective topics as one Team to customer.

Collaborate with SOP (Sales Operation) Technical Experties from Germany and Asia Pacific Region if required to do presentation, technical meeting with customers.

What You Bring

• 6-12 years of sales and business development experience in Oil & Gas industry
• Established strong relationship with main Oil & Gas customers and EPCs in Indonesia
• Proven track record in closing orders for CAPEX projects & services in Oil & Gas industry
• Know-how in electrical equipment/system (HV/MV/LV), VFD (MV/LV) and Motors in Oil & Gas process, automation DCS/PLC/SCADA control system and digitalization
• Strong knowledge in Oil & Gas processes in Upstream, Midstream and Downstream
• Able to work independently to find and develop own opportunities (greenfield & brownfield incl. services) and close orders
• Self-driven, ready to travel across Indonesia for Oil & Gas customer/EPCs and being proactive in customer visit, site visit, engage in Oil & Gas exhibitions and other marketing activities.
• Work closely with internal team across functions, proposal, engineering, business development, procurement, commercial, project management, services, legal & compliance.
• Foster internal/external collaboration, formulate and execute sales strategy and obtain necessary support from expertise and management.
• Timely record-keeping and update in Salesforce.
• Strong business integrity, accountability, and motivated to explore and grow the business to meet assigned KPIs and business targets.
• Good command in business communication in both local and English language.

About the Team

We are EAD (Electrification Automation and Digitalization) Business Area in Indonesia, we currently have 4 Sales setup with diversified focus sectors ( Oil&Gas, Mining&Minerals, Fibers, Marine-Offshore and Subsea)
