As the End to End Sales Process Lead at Transformation of Industry, you will start your day with a strategic meeting focused on harmonizing sales processes across the business area, directly contributing to the company’s strategic goals and competitive advantage. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that sales processes and requirements are consistently aligned with the enterprise-wide S/4E Unify Project. You will work closely with the central team that has defined the target template, understanding its foundations while advocating for necessary local business requirements. You will excel in a collaborative and dynamic team culture that prioritizes transparency, continuous improvement, and mutual support, while gaining a global perspective through collaboration with international teams!

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Ensure consistent alignment of sales processes and requirements across, balancing enterprise-wide harmonization with local business needs.
• Serve as the central spokesperson for sales capabilities, offering deep insights into the TI Business Area
• Design and implement robust sales processes, crafting the future TI way of working
• Support the initial assessment of current sales processes and IT landscape, aiding in project scope determination and planning.
• Capture and evaluate varying sales processes and requirements, leading alignment efforts and advocating for necessary local adaptations.
• Define in-scope master and transaction data objects for data migration planning, innovate and adapt sales processes in response to changing market conditions.
• Drive the transformation of legacy sales processes, aligning future business processes with rollout leads and sponsors.
• Manage sales capability across multiple rollout entities, understanding necessary organizational changes.
• Be the Single Point of Contact for the S4E Unify program regarding sales capabilities.
• Lead the Sales Key User Community and provide hands-on support to local teams during rollout projects, ensuring successful adaptation to the new enterprise template
• Demonstrate leadership by influencing cross-functional teams and collaborators at all levels

What You Bring

• Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborators.
• Proven track record of driving successful sales process initiatives and achieving strategic goals
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field, sales process management and project management.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build robust networks and work in a multi-national/multi-cultural environment.
• SAP R/3 knowledge is crucial; SAP S/4 knowledge is a plus!
• Proven ability to innovate and adapt in a dynamic environment

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
