Imagine leading the commercial growth of Siemens Energy’s Grid Technologies business in Shenyang, where strategy and execution go hand in hand. You start your day reviewing market data and sales performance, shaping actions that drive annual bookings and long‑term growth. You work closely with customers, ensuring they receive the right technical support and service while building trusted relationships. As a people leader, you guide and motivate your sales team, translating local market insights into an effective sales strategy and disciplined execution.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You collect, analyze, and interpret market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for the local GT business.
  • You develop and complete the annual sales BTA, ensuring alignment with regional and business targets.
  • You take primary responsibility for Grid Technologies product sales in the industrial market.
  • You arrange and coordinate technical support and service activities to meet customer needs.
  • You visit customers regularly, building and maintaining long‑term relationships with key accounts.
  • You lead and develop the local sales team, driving performance and accountability.
  • You define and implement the local sales strategy, ensuring consistent execution and measurable results.

What You Bring

  • You have 8–10 years of sales experience, with an educational background in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering, or Automation.
  • You are able to write and speak English fluently.
  • You bring experience and capability in data analysis and sales reporting.
  • Experience in transformer sales is preferred.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
