A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Sales Director - Compression, you will engage in both face-to-face and remote sales, assessing customer needs to recommend tailored products and solutions. You will also play a key role in planning and executing marketing strategies while managing the product/brand P&L to ensure profitability and return on investment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Conduct face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for products and brands.
- Evaluate and manage product/brand P&L, including budgeting and profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Achieve sales targets to drive compensation and business growth.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the compression sector.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing P&L and financial metrics.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
