How You’ll Make an Impact

• Performing the static and transient structural simulation/calculation for R&D project; 进行研发项目中的静态和瞬态结构仿真/计算
• Creating or checking the simulation reports as required; 根据需求出具或校核仿真报告
• Participating the design review about the transmission parts design, give available suggestions according to the simulation results; 参与传动部件设计的设计评审，并根据仿真结果提供可行的建议
• Design and plan the test to validate/update/create the simulation approach; 规划测试，以验证、更新或创建仿真方法
• Technical discussion/alignment with colleagues in other locations (Germany; India; Mexico)  就仿真中的相关问题与其他地区（德国；印度；墨西哥等）的同事进行交流沟通
• Providing the technical support for other departments; 对其他部门进行相关的技术支持

What You Bring

• Master's degree with engineering background such as mechanics, mechanical design and manufacturing is required; 要求具有力学、机械设计制造等工科背景的研究生及以上学历
• Have good foundation in mechanical-related knowledge, and be familiar with the basics of material mechanics, theoretical mechanics, and transient mechanics, and so on; 具备良好的机械相关的基础知识，熟悉材料力学，理论力学和瞬态力学相关的基础知识等
• Be Familiar with the software of Creo and Ansys workbench, have good foundation in finite element analysis, be able to use theoretical knowledge for calculation /analysis; 熟悉三维制图软件Creo和仿真软件 Ansys workbench，具有良好的有限元基础，能够利用理论知识分析问题
• Experienced in measurement and testing is preferred; 有测量和试验经验的优先
• Experience in high-voltage switchgear Design is preferred;具有高压开关设备设计经验者优先
• Have good teamwork skills; 具备良好的团队协作能力
• Have the ability to learn independently, curiosity, and innovative spirit; 具备自主学能力, 好奇心和创新精神
• Have good English reading and writing skills, and basic communication skills in English; 具备良好的英语读写能力，可以简单的英语交流
