A Snapshot of Your Day
You’ll oversee the Sales Business Administration function, managing commercial tasks like bid/contract negotiation, project execution, and financial controls (e.g., revenue, margins, cash flow). By analyzing risks and opportunities, you’ll drive profitability improvements and provide actionable insights to leadership. Additionally, you’ll refine Sales BA processes, lead team development, and support strategic initiatives alongside the Financial Head. Your role ensures operational excellence while aligning with company values.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Take direct accountability for Sales Business Administration function, including the overall commercial responsibilities of offer/bid management, contract negotiation, project execution, accounts receivable management, risk and performance control and etc.
- Manage, analyze and forecast Sales BA related key figures (New Order, Revenue, Gross Margin, Project related Overhead, Inventories, Provision, Cash Flow and etc.) with quality and on-time.
- Identify areas of project risks and opportunities, determine root cause for performance deviations, propose actions and solutions to improve overall profitability and drive the development of business
- Provide high quality, clear commercial information which offers insights and decision support to the management team
- Implement and update regulations/working instructions related to Sales BA processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement in Sales BA relevant concepts, processes, and tools
- Lead and motivate team, develop people competences and foster department culture in line with the company's values
- Support Financial Head with operational, financial and strategic initiatives
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial project management, experience in complex/large project environment is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading teams as manager or supervisor
- Outstanding analytical capabilities and business understanding
- Highly motivated with a strong sense and ability to proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to develop value-added solutions and steer continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
