How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Performing the multi-body dynamic simulation for the transmission parts of high voltage switchgear; 对高压开关传动进行多体动力学的仿真分析;
  • Performing the static and transient structural simulation/calculation for R&D project; 对高压开关零部件进行静态或瞬态的强度仿真分析;
  • Creating or checking the simulation reports as required; 根据需求出具仿真报告;
  • Participating the design review about the transmission parts design, give available suggestions according to the simulation results; 结合仿真结果,参与研发项目方案评审,给出合理化建议;
  • Observe and plan tests of materials , components , bolt connections on force/stroke/ acceleration test system; improving the existing multi-body dynamic simulation approach based on the test results; 进行研发性试验或基础研究性试验,通过试验制定仿真方法或对已有仿真方法进行优化;
  • Technical discussion/alignment with colleagues in other locations (Germany; India; Mexico) 就仿真中的相关问题与其他地区(德国;印度;墨西哥等)的同事进行交流沟通;
  • Providing the technical support for other departments 对其他部门进行相关的技术支持;

What You Bring

  • Master degree above with mechanics background is required; if the basic knowledge is outstanding, bachelor degree is acceptable ;要求具有力学知识背景的研究生及以上学历 (如果基础知识特别优秀,可放宽至本科生);
  • Proficiency in theoretical mechanics (kinematics, dynamics);have good knowledge of mechanics of materials and transmission design,have good general physical understanding ;熟练掌握理论力学 (运动学、动力学)的相关知识;具有良好的材料力学和传动设计;
  • Those who has the experience in using the multi-dynamic simulation software such as Simcenter 3D,ADAMS, RecurDyn , ABAQUS, etc. will be a plus;具有Simcenter 3D,ADAMS, RecurDyn , ABAQUS 等多体动力学软件的使用经验者优先考虑;
  • Those who has the experience in measurement or development test will be a plus.具有结构测试及研发性试验操作经验者优先考虑;
  • Have the ability to learn independently, curiosity, and innovative spirit;具备自主学能力, 好奇心和创新精神;
  • Have good teamwork skills;具备良好的团队协作能力;
  • Familiar with the office software;具备基础办公软件应用能力;
  • Pre-intermediate English (A2+), German advantageous中级英语(A2+),德语优先
