We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Rollout Project Manager to lead the implementation and harmonization of business processes within our Large Gas Turbine Business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA, project management, and a deep understanding of production and supporting processes in the energy industry, particularly in the areas of Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and Customer Service/Project Management (CS/PM) modules. This role will focus on simplifying and standardizing business processes, ensuring alignment with SAP standard templates, and driving operational efficiency across the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Lead the initiative to analyze and streamline existing business processes within the Large Gas Turbine Business, with a specific focus on PP, MM, and CS/PM modules. Ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA standard templates to simplify operations, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall efficiency
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating complex project landscapes, particularly in a global context, and achieving organizational goals
  • Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams. By engaging stakeholders and gathering their insights, you will ensure that the solutions implemented meet their needs and drive user adoption
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans that support the transition to SAP S/4HANA. Your focus on training and support will empower end-users, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the rollout and the harmonized processes. Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify successes and areas for further enhancement, ensuring ongoing value delivery
What You Bring
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
  • At least 5 years of project management experience specifically in SAP S/4HANA implementations, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the gas turbine or energy sector. Experience in leading implementations focused on PP, MM, and CS/PM modules is essential, as well as a solid understanding of manufacturing processes
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and functionalities, particularly in manufacturing (PP), materials management (MM), and customer service/project management (CS/PM). Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is essential
  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex processes and identify opportunities for simplification and standardization
  • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and influencing positive outcomes. Experience in managing diverse teams in a global environment is crucial
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value, strong leadership capabilities, adaptability to change, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work collaboratively as a team player in a global project setting

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
