Snapshot of Your Day

This role is a replacement to ensure business continuity for the recently implemented Planisware resource planning tool. The position is critical for driving the tool's maturity, user adoption, and sustainability within the Erection & Commissioning and related finance organization. To achieve these objectives, the role will focus on three core areas: system administration and governance to ensure data quality, hands-on user support and training to drive acceptance among resource managers, as well as continuous system maintenance and process improvement to support the tool's evolution

How You Can Make an Impact

  • Administer the Planisware resource planning tool, managing user access rights, system configurations, and security settings.
  • Establish and enforce data standards and usage protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent data for resource planning and reporting.
  • Monitor system performance and user adoption, creating regular reports on compliance and tool effectiveness for stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the governance framework for the tool to ensure its long-term sustainability and alignment with business processes.
  • Serve as the primary technical support contact for all Planisware users, primarily EC resource managers.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported issues, escalating complex problems to the central tool owner or IT teams as needed.
  • Develop and deliver targeted training sessions, workshops, and support documentation to enhance user proficiency and tool acceptance.
  • Proactively coach users on best practices and new functionalities to maximize the value derived from the tool.
  • Collaborate with the central Planisware tool owner to test and implement system updates, new features, and enhancements.
  • Analyze user feedback and system usage data to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and process improvements.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system configurations, support procedures, and user guides.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in IT application support, system administration, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise planning software (e.g., Planisware, Oracle Primavera, SAP PPM) is highly advantageous.
  • Experience working within a large, international organization, preferably in an engineering or project management environment.
  • Process and Project Management knowledge

  •  Strong Stakeholder Management
