A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our growing Real Estate Finance team as a Junior Analyst supporting the Accounting, Closing, Controlling and Reporting process in the core of Siemens Energy Real Estate. This role involves working closely with Country, Hub and Central FIN organizations.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Perform posting of transactions within the General Ledger and perform Controlling & Reporting function for SE RE Hubs.
  • Post journals as necessary to accurately reflect the transactions of the business, compile the SE RE Balance Sheet and P&L for submission to reporting systems.
  • Perform standard financial reporting in accordance with guidelines & timetables, maintaining effective communication within department and extended SE RE organization.
  • Prepare the monthly financial close and ensures that the reporting requirements are fulfilled.
  • Review key account balances to ensure financial data is reliable and accurate.
  • Undertakes other financial and management reporting as requested and provide support to Country BA’s in local reports.

What You Bring

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or similar.
  • 0-3 years accounting work experience
  • Experience in Real Estate and/or financial processes
  • Proficient in Financial Applications (SAP) and MS Excel & Office
  • Fluent in English and German - written and oral communication
  • Proactive, dedicated and able to work efficiently in global, virtual teams and networks
