Are you ready to take on a high-visibility role that will empower you to understand and influence the strategic direction of a large enterprise? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving employee-related initiatives, planning special events, enhancing employee communications, and spearheading various business improvement projects within the North American Field Service organization
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Employee Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture.
- Event Planning: Lead the planning and execution of special events, including large meetings, team-building activities, and other events for the Service Operations organization, ensuring they align with organizational goals and values.
- Employee Communications: Develop and manage effective communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged. This includes creating newsletters, intranet updates, and other internal communication materials.
- Improvement Projects: Identify, plan, and execute a variety of special improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, employee experience, and overall organizational performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the company, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for various initiatives and projects.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the progress of initiatives and projects, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments as needed.
- Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by working with diverse teams across the organization to achieve common goals and drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or Hospitality & Communications preferred.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in project management and execution, event planning, and employee communications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently, influence others, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across various functions within the organization
- Exceptional interpersonal, team-building and oral and written communication skills; outstanding integrity, initiative, creativity, and passion
- Bias towards action and results delivery which are critical in a highly performance-oriented environment; passion for quality and efficiency and a strong “can-do” attitude
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and the ability to create compelling presentations.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for driving positive change within the organization.
- Willingness to travel (35%)
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for
current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
