Overseeing controls and digitalization projects in the power generation sector across Asia Pacific. Working within established Project Management standards and customer expectations, this role guides projects from start to finish, ensuring strong economic outcomes, quality delivery, schedules are met, and safety standards are upheld.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Guide projects through their complete lifecycle—managing scope, cost, quality, and schedule while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Coordinate resources, monitor progress, and report milestones regularly to all stakeholders
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to support project delivery
• Maintain budget adherence and implement cost-control measures to minimize non-conformance
• Conduct contract reviews, identify risks and opportunities, and manage contractual obligations
• Ensure quality assurance through test procedures and comprehensive documentation of all project deliverables

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, controls engineering, or equivalent field in Project Management
• 5+ years of experience in controls and digitalization systems (new units, service, or modernization projects)
• 5+ years as a Project Manager with full accountability for project outcomes
• 3+ years leading and developing project teams of 4 or more members
• Proven experience managing projects across diverse international and multicultural environments
• Fluency in Korean with valid work authorization in Korea; experience with power generation control systems is a valuable asset

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
