A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Project Manager for Installation & Commissioning / LTP Service Contract, you will be at the forefront of driving impactful projects that ensure the seamless installation and commissioning of Gas Turbines, Generators, and Steam Turbines. Your work will directly contribute to Siemens Energy’s mission of delivering reliable energy solutions, fostering strong relationships with clients and partners, and enhancing team collaboration.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and manage complex installation and commissioning projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, encompassing scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Foster effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns to maintain transparency and trust.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle, prioritizing EHS.
• Collaborate with Product Lead Centres, suppliers, and Siemens Energy Regional Companies to optimize project delivery.
• Drive customer engagement and satisfaction, nurturing relationships and leading technical review meetings post-sales.

What You Bring

• A degree in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, with certifications in project management (IPMA, PMI, or PM@Siemens) preferred.
• Extensive experience in the Power Generation or Power Plant business, particularly with Gas Turbines, Generators, and Steam Turbines.
• Proven track record in managing cross-organizational projects with significant financial responsibility.
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiating skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of German and/or Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to lead change initiatives and manage subcontractors effectively, with a strong on-site presence during project execution.
• Willingness for international travel and collaboration, embracing diverse teams and complex challenges related to security and logistics.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
