Join us as a High Voltage Substation Project Manager (132/220/400 kV) and take charge of planning, executing, and successfully completing HV substation projects. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Imagine collaborating with bid managers during the tender stage to create competitive project concepts that align with customer specifications and project requirements. Your strong technical background in electrical engineering and substation systems will be key to overcoming challenges and driving project success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• You will manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure cost-efficient completion.
• You will lead and motivate multi-discipline project teams to achieve project objectives.
• You will communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders and senior management.
• You will identify, analyze, and resolve project obstacles and risks during both the tender and execution stages.
• You will ensure all projects comply with local and international standards and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

• You hold an Electrical Engineering degree or a related field.
• You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, focusing on substation design and construction.
• You possess PMI certification or a similar qualification.
• You are proficient in English and Spanish, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• You have proven experience leading substation projects, complemented by strong technical and practical engineering skills.
• You have strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.).
• You can lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
