A Snapshot of Your Day

As Project Control Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining comprehensive Engineering and Project Documentation for HV Substation projects. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering deliverables, PM processes, document revision management, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the On-time delivery and quality of Project documentation.
  • Adhere to company standards for technical writing and documentation. Apply appropriate tools and software for creating and handling documentation
  • Communicate and distribute latest revisions of Project documentation (engineering deliverables, customer specification, change orders, RFI/RFQ, Routine Tests), and assure the correct use and implementation among PM and Engineering teams.
  • Risk Identification and management related new document´s revisions (standards, customer specs, ECNs, BOMs, etc).
  • Review and revise existing work instructions to reflect changes in products, processes, or safety standards. Ensure that all documentation is current and aligned with industry regulations. Work closely with engineers, technicians, and domain experts to gather information needed to create/update internal/customer Project documentation.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with at least 3+ years of experience in Technical/Project Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in technical writing, specifically in Electrical Substations, Project Engineering or similar documentation.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or control systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communications in English language.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or technical support environment. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to Project Execution processes (design approval, installation, commissioning, UAT/FAT).
  • Knowledge of visual communication techniques, including diagrams, Standard Operation Process, etc.
