As a Programmer Trainee, you will support the implementation of an automated machining cell by developing Python scripts for automatic corrections based on dimensional data, creating a database to store dimensional information from CMM and CNC machines, and assisting with various digitalization projects, including a Raspberry Pi-based shadow board for tools. This role offers hands-on experience in programming and data management within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Support an automated machining cell implementation as a Python programmer trainee,
• Create a scrip what can do automatic corrections based on dimensional data,
• Create a database to store dimensional data from the CMM, and other machining related data from CNC machines,
• Other digitalization projects support like: Raspberry Pi based shadow board for tools.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Python programming experience
• Database building experience (SQL)
• Experience with micro controllers and sensors
• Creativity and open communication
• Availability to work: more than 20 hours / work
• Fluent Hungarian or English

ABOUT THE TEAM

The team (technology engineers) are working on the manufacturing technology developments for heavy duty gas turbines rotating and stationary components. We work with heat resistant super alloys where a single rotating blade has a price as a luxury car and the power as six Porshe 911 Turbo.

There is a project to automate two grinding & milling center + a sink-EDM and a CMM machine in a flexible machining cell, and we are looking for a creative programmer trainee who can help us in Python.
