How You’ll Make an Impact

• Translate market trends, customer insights, and business requirements into a clear product strategy, roadmap, and prioritized release plan.
• Own and maintain product requirements, ensuring alignment across hardware, embedded software, UX, testing, validation, and operations teams.
• Drive the evolution of the Portable PDM device through UI improvements, hardware enhancements, casing updates, software development, and reporting workflow optimization.
• Ensure the solution meets intended customer use cases while supporting compliance requirements and market-specific regulations.
• Partner with Quality, Cybersecurity, and Risk Management teams to coordinate assessments, testing activities, approvals, and PLM gate readiness.
• Lead global pilot deployments, gather structured user feedback, support launch execution, and drive continuous product improvements after release.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Several years of experience in Product Management or a comparable role, ideally within the energy industry.
• Strong technical understanding of high-voltage substations and their operational environment.
• Experience with monitoring solutions, condition monitoring technologies, or related products is considered a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration across global teams.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and work successfully across multiple functions and stakeholders.
