A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Procurement Consultant (f/m/d) – Learning and Development, you design and implement global learning strategies, competency frameworks, and capability development programs to strengthen procurement excellence. You manage end-to-end training initiatives, oversee the global rollout of learning solutions, and continuously enhance learning management systems and development tools. In close collaboration with Procurement leaders, HR Business Partners, and subject matter experts, you drive workforce transformation, foster a culture of continuous learning, and support organizational change initiatives. By monitoring program effectiveness and leveraging insights from KPIs, you ensure sustainable capability building and alignment with strategic business objectives.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Design and continuous enhancement of global learning and development programs, curricula, training concepts, and competency frameworks for the Procurement organization.
  • Analysis of capability gaps and learning needs, including the development of strategic upskilling and development roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
  • Selection and implementation of effective learning methodologies and technologies, including e-learning solutions, workshops, coaching formats, and learning management systems.
  • End-to-end management of global training initiatives, encompassing project planning, budgeting, rollout coordination, delivery, and effectiveness measurement through KPIs.
  • Collaboration with Procurement leadership, HR Business Partners, and subject matter experts to drive capability building, workforce transformation, and a culture of continuous learning.
  • Support of organizational change initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge transfer through targeted communication, mentoring, and coaching activities.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Significant professional experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Transformation, preferably within a global corporate environment.
  • Proven track record in managing complex global projects and implementing learning, capability-building, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain processes, including governance principles, considered a strong advantage.
  • Expertise in instructional design, competency framework development, adult learning methodologies, training program management, change management, process improvement, workflow optimization, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Business-fluent German and English language skills, complemented by strong strategic, analytical, collaboration, and influencing capabilities.
