As Procurement Consultant for Organization and Methods, you will shape the future of our procurement organization by driving structural improvements, digitalization, and process excellence. This role focuses on organizational development and methodical frameworks, ensuring that Strategic Procurement operates efficiently, consistently, and with cutting edge tools and practices. You will engage in projects that enhance cross-organizational collaboration, develop innovative digital solutions, and drive organizational change. Your efforts will directly contribute to Siemens Energy’s mission of reimagining energy for a sustainable world.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Design and implement processes, and governance models that strengthen cross functional collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain methodological frameworks, including process standards, compliance checks, and performance dashboards.
• Lead projects in organizational transformation and process harmonization.
• Drive digitalization initiatives by introducing tools and systems that improve data quality and enable advanced analytics.
• Manage complex projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic business.
• Act as a change leader, fostering the adoption of new processes and tools through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement, providing expert guidance to procurement teams.

What You Bring

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in transformation, process and change management with the ability to manage complex projects and lead cross functional teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking; excellent problem solving skills.
• Expertise in digital tools, data management, and process optimization.
• Collaborative, structured, and proactive approach with a passion for digital trends and organizational excellence.
• Proficiency in English as well as strong change management and communication skills.

About the Team

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
