A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Subject Matter Expert, you will act as the right hand of the Head of Procurement EAD Germany (Electrification - Automation - Digitalization) and Naval & Maritime Solutions, supporting the team with administrative and organizational topics.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Supporting Procurement with specific in-depth analysis, fact-checks and proposals for improvement
- Driving forward programs, projects and selected strategic initiatives
- Creating documents for the management, preparing sourcing boards, management meetings and follow-up of meetings
- Assisting with a wide variety of HR processes, such as onboarding/offboarding employees, time management
- Supporting the procurement team with administrative and organizational topics, like travel booking, organizing workshops, ordering indirect materials/services and IT
What You Bring
- Fluent in English and German.
- Demonstrate ambition, open-mind, initiative, ability to learn, customer focus, motivation, enthusiasm, and drive to deliver high quality results
- Very good MS Office skills
- Work experience in the procurement area, ideally in a multicultural, global organization
- University degree in relevant area
- Very good communication skills
