A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Field Service Project Billing and Cost Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and transitioning to the SAP S4HANA system, with a focus on project cost and billing. This role involves collaborating with various partners to ensure seamless integration and optimized financial operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Implement and manage project cost collection and billing output processes within SAP S/4HANA.
  • Analyze existing business processes related to project cost and billing and identify areas of improvement while ensuring alignment with SAP S4HANA capabilities.
  • Develop SAP S4HANA features for cost and billing reports to support invoicing and margin analysis.
  • Produce detailed billing packages using SAP S4HANA to be used for invoicing.
  • Apply SAP S4HANA capability to maintain attachments and download cost and bill reports as MS Excel or Acrobat Adobe documents.
  • Stay updated with SAP S4HANA updates and propose enhancements to existing systems and processes to ensure a smooth transition to a new ERP system.
  • Implement Change Management strategies to support the roll out of a new ERP system, while making tactical decisions to ensure success.

What You Bring

  • BS Degree in Business Admin/Accounting/Finance or 10 years’ experience in the industry.
  • PMP Certification a plus
  • Solid background in accounting/payroll/billing at individual resource levels; experience in customer service.
  • Experience with: SAP, MySPGI/Project Module, NextGen, and Concur.
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office products.
  • Eager to work in a multifaceted, ambiguous and high pace environment.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
