A Snapshot of Your Day 

We are seeking a highly capable, dynamic, and proactive Process & IMS Business Partner GT.
In this role, you will be responsible for the standardization, harmonization, communication, optimization, and verification of processes and Standards and GT Integrated Management System. The role involves supporting Execution Units in developing processes as needed and driving continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System. Additionally, you will plan, coordinate, and implement process-related communication and training activities. The role also requires representing SE GT EQS in SE Process committees. This position is integral to ensuring the efficient and standardized execution of processes across the organization.


How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Ensure Transparency in Processes & get them measurable via KPIs.
  • Managing the Integrated Management System for Grid Technologies
  • Identification & Driving Processes harmonization and improvement Programs
  • Alignment of overarching specific processes within the Siemens Energy Organization 
  • Drive Risk-based Audit planning & Execution for a complete Business Area
  • Build a robust Process & IMS organization that effectively supports and enforces Quality in Processes. 
  • Active Support on Implementing new Standards & Processes or improvements.
  • Roll out and support the business in specific training on related topics.
What You Bring
  • Degree in Engineering or in a similar related field
  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role in Project Management
  • Deep Knowledge in the ISO Standards as well as Audit Certifications
  • Deep understanding of Processes and their interfaces on a Business Area Level
  • Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
