As a Performance Controlling Support professional, you will be at the heart of strategic financial operations, collaborating closely with the Head of Performance Controlling for the Middle East and Africa. Your role will involve engaging in meaningful projects that drive transparency and efficiency in business KPIs for GT Products, including Switchgear and Transformers. By actively monitoring and analyzing financial data, your contributions will significantly impact team performance, client satisfaction, and Siemens Energy’s mission to innovate and lead in energy solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with the Head of Performance Controlling to manage and report on key business KPIs, including Forecast/Budget, Order on Hand, and Profit Development.
• Actively monitor KPIs, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions to enhance transparency and performance.
• Provide essential commercial and financial reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews, including balance sheet assessments.
• Support annual reorganization activities to optimize business operations.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable, highlighting old open items for follow-up to ensure financial accuracy.
• Contribute to the closing process by preparing auditable documentation and ensuring compliance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a solid foundation in financial principles.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and financial auditing, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP Spiridon ERP, Tableau, ESPIRIT, EPM+, and DASH tools, with a strong understanding of FI/CO transactions.
• Highly developed analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation.
• Ability to consolidate and analyze large volumes of financial data, presenting insights in graphical formats for management use.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), enabling effective data management and presentation.
