A Snapshot of Your Day
The Parts Excellence Manager is responsible for driving strategic actions, managing daily hurdles, and ensuring key performance indicators (critical metrics) are met within the parts organization. This role involves facilitating regular Kaizens and workshops to improve operational efficiency, performing data analysis, and elevating key issues to stakeholders. The Parts Excellence Manager will also develop processes and procedures, manage dashboards, support pricing and costing strategies, and implement AI-based tools to enhance the part's business.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Drive strategic actions and daily management huddles to enhance cadence and critical metrics in the parts organization.
- Facilitate Kaizens and workshops to boost operational efficiency, focusing on On-Time Delivery (OTD), Lead Time, and Quality Response Time (QRT).
- Conduct data analysis and communicate key issues to stakeholders regularly.
- Create and maintain processes that foster high engagement scores within the parts organization.
- Lead Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and A3 sessions to pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Support the identification and implementation of AI-based tools to streamline processes and enhance pricing and costing strategies.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, operations, or a related area. Those with more experience may be considered for a more senior level.
- Proven track record in driving strategic actions and managing critical metrics effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and issue elevation.
- Experience in facilitating Kaizens, workshops, and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) sessions.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge of pricing strategies, familiarity with AI tools, experience with Tableau or Power BI, and Lean Six Sigma certification.

This job is based in Painted Post, New York. Siemens Energy offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay. Details regarding our benefits can be found here: https://benefitsatenergy.com/thinking-of-joining.html. The base salary range for this position in Painted Post, New York is $80,000 -$120,000.
Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
