A Snapshot of Your Day
In this role, you will assist with daily financial tasks for IT projects and services, reporting directly to the IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact?
- BA Works: Manage agreements with third parties, create purchase orders, monitor costs, support invoice approval processes, and prepare cost vs. budget overviews. Align with local controlling and global AC, and support local IT project controlling.
- RIC Works: Assess IT control requirements and support related RIC activities.
- RPA Works: Collaborate with local and global RPA teams to monitor costs, prepare fiscal year targets, compare actual costs and profits with plans, gather change requests, and plan budgets for new RPA projects. Align with QEHS and management.
- APM Works: Regularly update APM applications in respective tools, support ACP ratings, and BIA processes with Business Units.
- QEHS Works: Collect and analyze KPIs from stakeholders, report and compare with recent quarters, and share findings with QEHS. Prepare and update IT processes, non-conformity reports, and enterprise risk management documents. Assist with management review audits, QEHS internal audits, and ISO audits.
What You Bring
- 3rd or 4th year students or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or International Trade.
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week in Kartal or Ankara.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong command of MS Office applications.
- Hard-working, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and results-driven with strong analytical thinking.
