A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Organizational Development Manager (f/m/d), you will drive the transformation of the global Controls, Digitalization & Nuclear I&C business along the main trends of digitalization and decarbonization. 

You play a key role in driving growth by optimizing and automating workflows across departments, often through collaborative workshops. You explore how AI can support automation and assess the skills needed for future success. To ensure alignment and engagement, you also co-develop a communication strategy with the Communication Manager, helping to keep global teams informed and connected.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Initiate / lead / support lean and simplification activities for faster and more efficient processes and higher competitiveness (experience with AI based improvements of advantage)
  • Lead transformation and organization development activities / workshops together with Region and Function management
  • Drive change management and communication activities to support our organization transformation along the main trends of digitalization and decarbonization
  • Organize and moderate management workshops for global, regional, and functional leadership teams
  • Develop and execute transformation roadmap and communication strategy jointly with the leadership and affiliated stakeholders
  • Contribute to the external positioning of our team jointly with our marketing and communication experts
  • Provide guidance and support for behavioral and cultural change initiatives jointly with an existing network of change agents
   

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or other relevant field
  • 5+ years of direct work experience, preferably in energy / industry / high-tech
  • A proven track record in managing Lean, Agile, Transformation, Change Management and Communication activities (Lean / Agile / SAFe / Coaching / Change Management certifications of benefit)
  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness, coupled with a confident demeanor and sharp business acumen
  • Well-developed organizational skills, teamwork, and attention to detail with ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal), moderation, and presentation skills in English - German is a plus
