Join our Digitalization team as a Digital Market Expert in Power Generation and Energy Management, where you’ll champion the future of energy across Europe & Africa. You’ll dive into market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and the creation of innovative solutions within our Omnivise Ecosystem. Every day, you’ll define solution concepts, support sales and tendering, and shape go-to-market strategies for control, automation, and digital solutions.

As the vital link between business, customers, sales, and engineering, you’ll ensure complex solutions are clearly defined, developed, and brought to market. Step into a role where your market insight, commercial drive, and collaborative leadership will set new standards for digital energy transformation.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead solution management activities for the digital ecosystem, guiding concepts from design through commercialization with cross-functional teams.
  • Define and promote integrated solution concepts, facilitate customer co-creation sessions, and support internal development efforts.
  • Support regional sales and tendering by strengthening solution positioning, contributing to customer workshops, and driving pre-sales engagements.
  • Bring regional perspectives and customer insights into digital solution strategies and roadmap development.
  • Align business, sales, customers, and engineering on solution scope, priorities, and delivery readiness.
  • Establish and enforce regional governance and rollout processes, ensuring effective portfolio execution.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across business development, product management, solution architecture, R&D, cybersecurity, and operations for cohesive delivery.

What You Bring

  • Experience supporting tenders, proposals, and customer engagements with a strong focus on value creation.
  • Proven expertise in managing solution development lifecycles, including MVP definition, validation, and scaling.
  • Deep understanding of digital solutions in power generation and energy management (e.g., SCADA, DCS, EMS, asset and fleet management, control systems, renewable/hybrid integration).
  • Demonstrated leadership in digital innovation, co-creation with customers, and translating needs into scalable offerings.
  • Strong background in cross-functional leadership, digital solution management, and platform-based business models within energy, automation, or digital industries.
  • Ability to align stakeholders and drive outcomes in matrix organizations, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You’ll join a passionate Digitalization team dedicated to shaping the future of energy across Europe & Africa. The team’s mission is to drive innovation in power generation and energy management by developing and delivering cutting-edge digital solutions. Working closely with business development, product management, engineering, and sales, the team ensures that customer needs are translated into impactful, scalable solutions. Collaboration and open communication are at the heart of how the team operates, fostering a supportive environment where everyone’s expertise is valued. Together, you’ll champion the digital transformation of the energy sector, delivering solutions that matter.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
