A Snapshot of Your Day


You will be part of the Onshore HVDC Team located in Bucharest, Romania, which is responsible for “warranty and small business” with an extensive portfolio of different order cases, e.g. change orders, new orders, warranty, spare parts business, trainings.


How You will make an Impact


  • Creating calculations and offers 
  • Executing orders in SAP
  • Tracking order confirmations
  • Tracking delivery dates and logistical milestones
  • Maintaining data in SalesForce
  • Clarifying and updating delivery date changes from customer side
  • Regular reports to the immediate superior on the management of sales orders.
  • Preparation of HVDC project data about the installed base and spare part consumption
  • Providing support for plant outages  

What You Bring:


  • Experience in order and offer management and working with SAP; basic technical understanding, excellent MS Office skills.
  • Professional experience with good written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Structured way of working, quality awareness, ability to work in a team. 
  • Strong self-organization skills.
  • Experience in international cooperation.
  • Flexibility to step into all kinds of new tasks and tools to come
  • Business fluent in English, German language skills are preferable.
