A Snapshot of Your Day

As the OCM Lead of our Global Service Operations (GSO) Team within the GS Central Execution Unit, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change management (OCM) strategies and initiatives with the implementation team of the digital transformation projects of our business (S4E, PLM). The Lead will be responsible for aligning OCM efforts with business goals, ensuring effective communication, and overseeing the development and delivery of training programs. Your role will involve coordinating with various OCM teams, monitoring change adoption, and providing updates to leadership and stakeholders.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and Oversee OCM Strategy: Create and implement the overall strategy for GSO, ensuring alignment with business transformation objectives.
  • Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication across OCM teams to ensure consistency and alignment. Engage with leadership and partners to foster consensus for change initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across multiple organizations and locations.
  • Change Impact Assessment: Define and implement change impact assessments, develop risk mitigation strategies for high-impact changes, and coordinate feedback loops to continuously improve change adoption.
  • Monitor and Report OCM Activities: Track OCM activities, monitor change adoption critical metrics, and raise issues to leadership when necessary.

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Communication, Management, or Organizational Development.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields. Proven experience with large-scale organizational change efforts!
  • Skills: Proficiency in business process transformation management and optimization. Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate messages to diverse audiences.
  • Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of large industry company processes, structures, and systems (Siemens Energy or Siemens experience is an advantage). A dedicated personality with a strong motivation to inspire change and enhance business processes
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
