As a Non-Destructive Supervisor, your day will be dynamic and impactful, involving travel to power plants both domestically and internationally, where you’ll conduct field inspections and support outage planning. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external customers, ensuring the timely delivery of tools and personnel while applying your expertise in non-destructive testing methods. Your role will not only enhance operational efficiency but also contribute to Siemens Energy’s mission of providing reliable and sustainable energy solutions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Prepare and support field service jobs at power plants worldwide.
• Conduct field inspections in accordance with Siemens standards.
• Travel up to 75% annually to various power plant sites.
• Ensure timely delivery of tools and personnel for outage planning.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of specialty service applications.
• Communicate inspection findings effectively with team members and customers.

What You Bring:

• NDE training, experience, and certifications (UT, ET, PT, MT, VT).
• Hands-on experience with non-destructive testing tools and concepts.
• A high school diploma and proximity to a major airport.
• Self-driven and resourceful with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
